The company is formed in Wyoming and maintains the business address stated above in Delaware. Choice of Delaware law in the Terms of service does not change the company's state of formation.
3. Commercial activity
Avenor Eyewear sells eyewear through its Shopify store. Gfl Digital LLC is the contracting seller. Products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier and shipped directly from China. Supplier fulfillment does not remove the seller's legal responsibilities.
The correspondence address receives written communications and legal declarations. The store does not require or accept physical product returns.
4. Germany-specific disclosure limitation
This notice does not identify the person authorized to represent Gfl Digital LLC. It therefore does not satisfy that element of the provider-identification requirements in Section 5 of Germany's Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz and is not a complete German Impressum.
Company identification, an EIN, a formation-service provider, or a registered agent's details do not by themselves identify an authorized company representative. This notice does not designate a substitute representative.
5. Consumer complaints and dispute resolution
Send complaints and requests for resolution to help@avenoreyewear.com. Mandatory rights to contact consumer authorities, use an available dispute-resolution process, or bring proceedings in a competent court remain unaffected.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025, following Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. It is not an active channel for submitting complaints.

Publication of that information does not represent an agreement by Gfl Digital LLC to participate in every listed procedure or an affiliation with a dispute-resolution body. Any participation required by applicable law remains mandatory.
6. Legal documents and applicable rights
The Terms of service, Shipping policy, Return and refund policy, and Privacy policy describe the corresponding store practices and contractual provisions. Mandatory consumer and privacy law takes precedence over inconsistent contractual wording.
This notice does not establish regulatory registration, product certification, a data-protection representative appointment, or any other status not expressly identified. Written policies do not replace operational obligations, including legally required consent controls or an online withdrawal function.
