    Do you ship internationally?

    How long does delivery take?

    Processing takes 4–7 business days. Delivery takes 5–25 business days after shipment, in addition to processing. Tracking updates are provided when available.

    How can I track my order?

    Use the tracking number in your shipping email on our Track your order page. Your order number and tracking number are different. Contact us if you need help finding your tracking details.

    What is your refund policy?

    Submit eligible delivered-item refund requests within 30 calendar days after delivery. No physical return is required. Once a refund is approved, you may keep or responsibly dispose of the item. Our Refund policy contains the conditions and preserves your mandatory consumer rights.
